COACHING AND CONSULTING
KBOC provides coaching to Early Learning professionals in all positions that supports individuals and Early Learning programs in realizing their potential for achieving both long and short term goals. We use a reflective model which facilitates the coachee developing the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their goals. In addition, we will work with you and your program to help you find solutions to your most challenging issues, develop a vision or strategic plan, and identify focus areas.
KBOC offers support to programs finding the financial
resources they need to realize their strategic goals and vision. This service includes researching potential funders, helping programs implement best practices for achieving additional funding, and writing grants.
CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENT RATING SCALE OBSERVATIONS
KBOC holds certification as an evaluator on the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS). This services includes a 3 1/2 hour observation per classroom, a written report tailored to your goals and needs, and an hour long consultation on next steps based on the results of the observation, and your goals and needs.
