A ministry to support, encourage and equip women

 in all seasons of life.

MOPS International encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential  as mothers, women, and leaders in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with the local church.  MOPS stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers," a program designed to nurture mothers with children ages birth through kindergarten. MOMSNext is for moms of school-age children.

ECC MOPS/MOMSNext of Lafayette, Indiana, provides a community of women that support each mom as they grow as an individual and in relationships with her family, other moms, and Jesus. Our group of moms is for all women from all walks of life. Whether you're urban, suburban, rural, stay-at-home, working, special-needs, single or married, MOPS is for you. If you are pregnant with your first child or are in the process of adopting, YOU are welcome, too. All denominations are welcome.

We at ECC MOPS invite you to relax and unwind from your daily grind.  During our meeting you will have the opportunity to listen to guest speakers, socialize with other mothers, do a craft and enjoy a hot breakfast in a relaxing safe environment.  Your children will be cared for in our MOPS Kids program.  

Both groups, MOPS and MOMSNext, meet together twice a month on Tuesday mornings from September through May.

Join us at our Open house on Tuesday, August 22, in the ECC Great Room from 9:30-11:00 AM. Expectant mothers and mothers of children of all ages are invited to come meet the MOPS team and learn more about our ministry. MOPS and MOMSNext are open to any mom in the community, so we encourage you to invite neighbors and friends who might be looking for a place to connect!
