About Me

Elisheba (Beia) Spiller is the Transportation Program Director and a Fellow at Resources for the Future. She received her PhD from the Department of Economics at Duke University. Her primary field is Energy and Environmental Economics. Her work includes research on vehicle electrification, public and private transportation, electricity pricing and regulation, gasoline taxes, energy policies, emissions modeling, distributed energy resources, environmental justice, ex-post policy analysis, and health impacts of air pollution.
