whole wheat crepes

Whole Wheat Crepes


1 cup whole wheat flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 water

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter (melted)


Whisk together all wet ingredients.

Add salt and flour.

Beat until smooth.

Heat a lightly oil frying pan over medium heat.

Add 1/4 cup of batter to pan while tilting around in circular motion.

Cook for about 1 minute and then flip.

Note: I usually get 10 crepes by using 1/4 cup of batter for each one
