250 g (2 cups) graham wafer crumbs
125 ml (1/2 cup - 1 stick) melted butter
1 can sweet condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
125 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, stir the melted butter in graham crumb.
Press firmly into a 23 cm (8 inch) springform pan.
In a bowl, combine the sweet condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice.
Pour over crust.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Cool on rack before removing from pan.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
