Espelette Pepper Cashews

275g (1 1/2 cups) of cashews
5 ml (1 tsp.) Espelette pepper 
5 ml (1 tsp.) olive oil
salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the cashews in a single layer.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
