Combine crust ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir till well mixed. Press mixture into a buttered 9" pie pan. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon filling into crust.
Spoon ¼ cup melted chocolate chips into a small plastic sandwich bag. Snip off a tiny corner of the bottom of the bag. Work the chocolate down towards the corner that has been cut. Squeeze the chocolate out of the bag onto the pie to create a lattice pattern.
Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
