Leftover Turkey Salad


4 cups cooked turkey, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)

1 medium apple, cored and diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 lemon, juiced


In a medium bowl, combine the chopped turkey, pecans, dried cranberries, apple, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
