Apple Pie Smoothie

 Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
2.  Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
