Coach Elizabeth Beasley will direct this Pre-Season Youth Camp that will focus on developing foot skills through fun games, age appropriate activities, and daily soccer challenges.  Young players are introduced to soccer basics (Ball Mastery- passing, receiving, dribbling, juggling, positive first touch) as well as learning about positions, attacking principles, and defending principles.

If you have an 8-11 year old who might be interested in playing soccer or who just likes to make friends, learn something new, and have fun, this may be the camp for you!  Camp will be held July 24-27 from 6-8pm at Brandywine Park, 900 E Davis Rd, Greenfield. Registration is open, and you can access the registration form on the homepage at:  Cost is $20 per player which includes instruction, snacks, and a soccer ball. Register today!

Planning for Fall 2017

A fall planning meeting was held on April 27 to prepare for Trailblazers' 2017 season. Coach Chris Grunden described his mission and vision for the team, which is to field both junior varsity and varsity teams for both boys and girls.  Coach Grunden has developed a pre-season training plan for team members and will begin sending out training challenges beginning in June. Summer Training Camp is set for July 24 with the first regular season practice set for August 1.

Fall 2016 Season Wrap-up

posted Nov 19, 2016, 1:35 PM by Christopher Grunden

The end of an era is upon us.  The second and final year of the Trailblazer Fury FC has come to a close, leaving us with many precious, powerful, emotional memories.  With the retirements of both Rick Sucietto and Randy Kemerly, the Indiana homeschool soccer community loses two of its foundational influences.  The end-of-season banquet was especially poignant and memorable--you will both be missed dearly!

Girls Varsity claimed 4th place in the IHSA state tournament and 1st place in the Bronze division at the National Homeschool Soccer Championship.

Boys Varsity also claimed 4th in the state and 1st place Bronze division at nationals.

We also say goodbye to 8 seniors and several more super-seniors, whose leadership on and off the field touched every part of the club.

May you be blessed richly this holiday season by the Giver of every good and perfect gift, especially the gift of His Son Jesus Christ!

We're so proud of our Trailblazer Fury teams!

After 2 days of tournament play in Evansville, Boys Varsity toppled Genesis United but then fell to Metro United to claim 2nd place in the Bronze bracket.  Girls Varsity ended on a high note by defeating long-term rivals (and friends!) Bluegrass United, landing them in 3rd place in the Silver bracket.  The competition was tough every single game and the off-the-field fellowship was fantastic!

Fall 2015 IHSA State Championship Tournament Results

posted Oct 29, 2015, 5:28 AM by Christopher Grunden

Congratulations to our Trailblazer Fury FC teams on your outstanding efforts in the IHSA State Tournament!

Boys Varsity finished 3rd overall in a convincing win over Genesis United, following a tough first-round loss to River City Jaguars.

Girls Varsity claimed the 1st place division 2 trophy (5th overall) in a hard-fought match with Indy Warriors FC, which remained tied at the end of regulation time, and was finally decided by Annie M.'s golden goal in the second overtime period.

Junior Varsity beat out River City Jaguars with their never-give-up attitudes for the 3rd place title.

Complete standings and games results are posted at

In addition, the Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity teams were well-represented in the inaugural IHSA All-Star games. Our All-Star South team members helped lead both Boys and Girls All-Star teams to victories that were as fun to watch as they were enjoyable for the players. This great new tradition really helped bond players and fans together across the entire IHSA community.  Thanks to all who made it happen!

Next stop...Evansville!

Training Challenges are back!

Here we go 'Blazers!

Don't know if you noticed, but it's less than 3 weeks until our first game of the Fall 2015 season!! We already have quite a few practices/conditioning sessions under our belts, but let's continue to press on.

Do you know how far a soccer player runs in an average game? 7 MILES

That's more than a 10K race. And it's not just running either. It's sprinting, turning, twisting, kicking, dribbling, passing, jumping...

Think you're up to the challenge? Of course you are. YOU'RE A TRAILBLAZER!

Your coaches will continue to help you improve your fitness and skill levels at our twice-weekly practices, but if you really want to be at your best, a little bit of training every day is the smartest way to progress. Starting this week, watch for daily training challenges in e-mail and on our Facebook page ( Most challenges should only take 15 minutes (or less), and you'll only need a ball, a watch and a little room to run. You can even do them if you're on vacation.
