New Announcements (March 2022):

• Annual meeting held on March 15, 2022

• The HOA voted two new members to the board (Welcome Ryan and Micki)

• The HOA voted not to approve the proposed 2022 budget (HOA board is working on a new budget)

• The HOA voted not to renew the L&N management company agreement in 2023 (L&N services are still available until the end of the year)

• In anticipation of the end of L&N website support, the HOA is working to update this site
