Summer ESA Meeting for Reps/Coaches

posted Jun 4, 2018, 3:46 AM by Ed Galloway

ESA Reps and Coaches,

Welcome to the 2018 summer season!  Next Saturday is our annual Reps and Coaches and Officials meeting at Park Swim Club.  Coaches and Reps will meet from 9-10am, and Officials Meeting and Clinic will run from 10am till 11am.

If a rep or coach cannot make the meeting, please send a fill in for either.  Each team MUST be represented at this meeting.

I was able to obtain Champs awards at a good cost, so team dues this season will not increase even with the loss of two teams.  Due remain $135 per team.  You must bring this check with you to the meeting.  You must also bring your insurance certificates.

Those of you hosting special meets are welcome to present a description of the meet as well as distribute paperwork associated with the meet during the meeting.

Also, please inform anyone from any of your teams wishing to be an official (turn or stroke or finish judge, or meet referee) to attend the 10am meeting.  It is strongly encouraged for rookies AND veterans to attend.

This email is sent only to the email addresses shown on the ESA website.  Please check the ESA website to make sure it is up to date, especially for coaches, otherwise they will not receive league emails.

Thank You to Park Swim Club for again hosting these meetings.
See you there!

ESA President

Mini Meet Information

posted Jul 8, 2017, 6:07 AM by Ed Galloway

Hello ESA,
Attached is the IMPORT File for Team Manager or Team Manager Lite and a pdf list of the events.  You will not be able to view the zip file, it can only be opened in the swimming software.  Please export your entries and send them to me at with Mini Meet in the Subject line.  Please send them to me no later than Sunday 7/16/17 so we have time to compile the meet and print out heat sheets.

** Please note - If you do not have enough kids on your team for a relay but would like for your kids to get to swim a relay, please list their names in the email along with their best legal stroke if you are looking for a medley relay or just their names for a free relay and we will try to combine kids from two ESA teams into one Relay team.

Any questions, Please reach out to Carrie Pugliano at 412-720-7608 or
