Please note we only accept orders from, and only send orders to, the UK, Isle of Man & Channel Isles. 

After we email an invoice to you and you pay it online you should receive a payment confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and the card transaction has gone through. Normally this will reach you very quickly. If you don't receive it within 3 hours of ordering please check your spam bin. If it isn't there please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

If you opt for "free" 2nd class standard post, we normally despatch your order within three working days (not counting the day we receive your order, or Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Royal Mail usually delivers 2nd class orders within three working days so generally allow about a week from placing your order to the plugs reaching you. If you haven't received your order in a fortnight please email us to find out what has gone wrong.

If you opt for 1st class post (£1 extra cost) we despatch your order quicker and the plugs should reach you sooner but 1st class post is not a guaranteed service. Some 1st class orders do arrive within 48 hours, but some don't. Severe weather can cause additional delays. If you are in a rush please ask about 'courier' delivery (typically £5 extra). Some 'courier' orders may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - it depends on size, weight, address etc.

Some orders are despatched in more than one package.

Bulk packs generally don't fit through letter boxes and if nobody is at home when the postman brings them, this can cause further delays, and a card may or may not be left.
