Early Modern Studies

Welcome to the website for the Early Modern Studies focus group at The University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary's College. Collectively, our interests lie in the study of history, literature, religion, art and culture in the early modern world, 1500-1700.
We aim to facilitate conversations among faculty and graduate students across various departments and campuses. Our meetings take place throughout the academic year and are always open to new participants.

More information about our group, its members, and our calendar of events is available on the menu to the left.
