365 is a UK Athletics initiative, offering a broader range of athletic skills to young athletes. We currently do 365
training at the start of the Tuesday evening session and subject to weather conditions.

In addition to the training sessions above, there are several other coaches who are associated with
our club and who coach at the track.

Dave Johnson coaches sprinters and long jump. Bob Densley is at the track most nights and coaches throws and jumps.

All the coaches are volunteers and we are assisted by mums and dads of the athletes who are experienced
and DBS checked.
Several have done the Assistant Coach course.

All our club runs are open to non-members. If you are coming along for the first time:

- Senior distance runners should come if possible just before the Monday session at 19:20 and ask for Lynn or Martin Wilson.

- Young athletes should come on Tuesday evening and ask for Tim Hannah (or ring him on 07734 021877), or on Thursday evening and ask for Graham French or Jean King (or ring Graham on 07710 374499).

- Alternatively come along to one of the Panther sessions on Monday or Wednesday (run by Everyone Active).
