The Green Program is an PEC award winning community tree planting and greening program.  Contributions from individuals or groups are accepted for the purpose of installing plant material in parks and open spaces.  Individual tree memorials can be purchased by residents to honor a person or celebrate a special occasion with a living tribute, or to help beautify and green areas of the township.  In addition to the several memorial trees that have been planted at Meadowbrook Bird Sanctuary, the EAC has used Green Program funds to plant trees at Highland Green, Ardsley Train Station, Roslyn Ridge, and Roslyn Park.
