This research project is to apply a dynamic network analysis tool, the dynamic communities identification method, to analysis of mice brain imaging data collected by Prof. Daniel Llano. Dynamic communities identification (CommDy) is a method developed by Prof. Tanya Berger-Wolf and her former student Chanyant

The complexity of the resulting community data with group/node affiliations changing over time and the need to track the flow of a large number of nodes from communities for long periods of time poses a visualization challenge. 
Thus, I am developing an interactive visualization tool for analyzing the dynamic communities on mice brain networks.
