Extended entitlement for 3 and 4 year olds'

Have you heard about the new extended entitlement for 3 and 4 year old's which comes into force from September 2017? Parents who are eligible can claim an additional 15 hours of early years entitlement, claiming in total up to 30 hours of funding. Doris Venner Pre School will be offering parents the option of accessing their full funding, should they be eligible, over 5 days. Our model will be available after the Easter break. Please visit the HMRC website or www.kingston.gov.uk for more information of how to claim or call Maria on 0208 330 3672, if you are interested in joining the pre school.

If you haven’t time to sew name labels into all of your child clothes, then take a look at www.name-labels.com. The STIKINS name labels can be stuck to clothes, shoes, cups, bags and all general items and make life easier for Mum and Dad! Induction morning and returning children - September 2016

Our induction morning for new children and their families will take place on Wednesday 7th September from 10.00am  - 11.30am. All children who already attend the pre school and are returning in September will be able access a settling back to pre-school morning on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th September, more information will be handed out to parents over the coming weeks..... 

New Term, New Hours

The pre-school will be offering flexible hours from September 2016. Parents will have the option to access a full day, a morning session or an afternoon session. A lunch will also club be on offer......we are very excited by the upcoming changes.

Doris Venner Pre-School Christmas Fair - 21st November 2015

Get in the festive spirit at the Doris Venner Pre-School Christmas Fair, a fun-filled event for all the family, with a host of activities going on from 11am – 2pm. Browse the festive stalls, try your luck on the tombola,  enter the raffle and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes. Children will be able to meet Santa and have their photo taken with him in his grotto.

This is your opportunity to learn how your child's pre-school is run, how the committee works, how we raise our funds and how you can become involved.

This is a very important meeting for parents to attend! Please come and get involved in electing the committee and learn about our aims for the forthcoming year. We are calling for volunteers to join the fund raising committee and need to elect at least two new trustees.

Funding forms due - 27/09/13

All children who were 3 by 31 August are eligible for free early education of up to 15 hours per week and should have received the parent declaration form. These need to be completed and returned to the pre-school by FRIDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER.
