In 2012 – to Continue
“Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” John 14:19-20
The kite’s tail gives balance to the kite and allows it to continue to fly even as the wind takes it in different directions. As we seek balance in serving God we must continue to prepare and enable others to proclaim the good news of salvation, mercy, and justice in word and deed.
The string connects the kite with the earth. Our mission connects us with the Word of God and with others in mission with us. With our stewardship of self and God’s equipping we can connect understanding and resources with the needs of others.
