Scottish Highlander Marching Band

The Scottish Highlander Marching Band is a precision student ensemble that has developed a reputation for its quality musicianship and exciting, innovative arrangements and field productions which incorporate bagpipes into the modern marching/corps sound. The Scottish Highlander Marching Band is one of the largest student organizations on campus. The band has produced leaders in academics, student government, and athletics as well as other areas of campus life. The Scottish Highlander Marching Band entertains audiences regularly at all home games, several away games, and marching competitions.  The band has travelled to Gatlinburg, TN, Washington D.C., and has even performed in Stirling, Scotland.  Over the past few years, the band has amazed and entertained audiences, receiving multiple standing ovations from the opposing teams' fans.  Real Marching Bands Wear Kilts!
