  • Regulación de la expresión génica en trypanosomátidos

Caracterización molecular y funcional de la RNA binding protein (RBP) de Trypanosoma cruzi TcSR62 y su ortólogo en T. brucei (TbRRM1). Estas proteínas pertenecen a la familia de RBPs denominadas 'SR-related' que están relacionadas con el procesamiento de pre-mRNAs y con el transporte, estabilidad y traducción de mRNAs.
