Dr. Umesh Balaji sontakke, who obtained a B.V.Sc.& A.H. Degree in veterinary science and animal husbandry from Maharashtra Animal & Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Nagpur  in 2009 and completed  a Post Graduation in the  Animal Nutrition  at NDRI-National Dairy Research Institute (Deemed University). He has working  experience as Regional Technical Executive in Kemin Industries South Asia Pvt. Ltd. Now he is completing Ph.D  in animal nutrition from NDRI, Karnal.  He is life time member of Animal Nutrition Society of India (ANSI),  

Maharashtra State Veterinary Council, Nagpur,veterinary Council of India (VCI)

and International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS). He has consistent academic record with distinction. He has been awarded as Junior Research Fellow by Indian Council of Agricultural Research. He has published two papers  in national and five abstracts in International conferences and has been invited for oral presentation.
