Short biography: 

Ridha SOUA is a Research Associate in the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT), University of Luxembourg since April 2016.
Before that, Ridha was a Postdoctoral Researcher at University Of Waterloo from  April 2014 to November 2015. He is a member of Secan (Security and Networking) Lab
From December 2010 to Febrary 2014, He persued his PhD  at INRIA - HIPERCOM team under the supervision of Pascale Minet.

Ridha SOUA obtained the PhD in computer sciences with honors from  Pierre & Marie Curie university (Paris 6) in France on Febrarury 25th 2014.

Ridha obtained his master and engineer diplomas  from University of Manouba in Tunisia respectively in 2010 and 2009.

  • Our paper "Improving Traffic Flow Prediction With Weather Information in Connected Cars: A Deep Learning Approach" is Accepted in IEEE Transaction in Vehicular Technolgy  July 2016
  • Two papers accepted in the WCCI 2016 conference at Vancouver, Canada
  • I gave a talk at University of Luxembourg in October 2015. "Smart Mobility and Industrial IoT for Smart Cities"
  • Our paper "Wave: a distributed scheduling algorithm for convergecast in IEEE 802.15.4e TSCH networks, is accepted" inTransactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, September 2015
  • Our paper "Situation Awareness Within the Context of Connected Cars: A Comprehensive Review and Recent Trends" is accepted in Information Fusion Journal, August 2015
  • Ridha Soua gave a talk intitled "Vehicle Sensors Networks: Towards Sfare Driving in Connected Vehicles" during the 4th Annual NSERC DIVA Workshop, held in Ottawa November 13-14.
