Dr. Parsa Hosseini, (full name: Mohammad-Parsa Hosseini), Senior Member of IEEE, is a global expert in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and signal and image processing, with over 20 years of research and industry experience at the forefront of AI innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University with a focus on advanced computer science and machine learning, as well as multiple master’s degrees in biomedical engineering and electrical communication engineering.
He currently serves as a Senior Manager in AI/ML in Silicon Valley, where he leads strategic research and development of machine-learning systems, generative AI, and deep learning solutions for real-world applications across industries including healthcare, autonomous systems, and enterprise analytics. His work bridges cutting-edge research with scalable production deployment, creating significant impact in both technology and business outcomes.
Dr. Hosseini has authored and co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals and conferences, with over 2,000 citations reflecting the broad influence of his research. His work has earned international recognition, including a Best Paper Award from IEEE for his contribution to machine learning and signal processing research. His academic contributions span machine learning theory, deep learning architectures, and advanced signal and image processing techniques.
In addition to his industry leadership, Dr. Hosseini has a strong academic pedigree. He has been an Adjunct Lecturer and faculty member at multiple universities, including Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, Rutgers University, where he has taught and mentored students at the undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. levels.
