Dr. Parsa Hosseini, (full name: Mohammad-Parsa Hosseini), Senior Member of IEEE, is a global expert in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and signal and image processing, with over 20 years of research and industry experience at the forefront of AI innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University with a focus on advanced computer science and machine learning, as well as multiple master’s degrees in biomedical engineering and electrical communication engineering.

He currently serves as a Senior Manager in AI/ML in Silicon Valley, where he leads strategic research and development of machine-learning systems, generative AI, and deep learning solutions for real-world applications across industries including healthcare, autonomous systems, and enterprise analytics. His work bridges cutting-edge research with scalable production deployment, creating significant impact in both technology and business outcomes.

Dr. Hosseini has authored and co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals and conferences, with over 2,000 citations reflecting the broad influence of his research. His work has earned international recognition, including a Best Paper Award from IEEE for his contribution to machine learning and signal processing research.
