Biography

I am currently a professor level senior engineer in China Unicom. I received my PhD degree from School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London in 2013. Before that, I received MSc degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. I am also a  Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Member of CIC (China Institute of Communications), a Member of ACM, IET and CCF, a professor (part-time) in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, an industrial tutor of Shenyang Aerospace University, an industrial tutor of Shenyang University of Technology, a double-qualified teacher of NanChang Hangkong University. I also serve as a professor level senior engineer in National Engineering Research Center for Next Generation Internet Broadband Service Application, as well as a China Unicom standards delegate in ITU, ETSI, 3GPP, IEEE, CCSA. I am named as World's Top 2% Scientists 2023 by Elsevier and Stanford University.
