Pegasus workflow

Installing  the Pegasus workflow in Fedora 20 along with the Condor scheduler

There exists packages for Redhat, but not Fedora. However,RHEL 7 is based on Fedora 19, so you can install the CentOS 7 RPM for 4.4.1cvs. Pegasus 4.4.1cvs only has a few minor differences from 4.4.0 (one of which is support for RHEL7).

Download the RPM and install:
sudo yum install pegasus-4.4.1cvs-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm

To install Condor, first set up the RHEL 7 condor yum repository. by downloading and copying the file to /etc/yum.repos.d/. Then:
sudo install condor
sudo chmod condor:condor /var/lock/condor
sudo systemctl start condor.service  #disable selinux before
