Dr HeeJeong Jasmine Lee

HeeJeong Jasmine Lee has a BSc. (Computer Science) from POSTECH, Korea, an MSc. (Computer Science) from the University of Edinburgh, UK, an MPhil. (Technology Policy) from Cambridge University, the UK and a PhD. (Information Technology) from Monash University, Australia.

She won a merit prize at a national-level competition of Asia Pacific ICT Award (APICTA’11), and a gold award at the 23rd International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX’12). She was with Korea Telecom (KT) R&D for 10 years; and has filed 11 patents on telecommunications applications. Currently,  she is a research professor at the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea.  Her move from industry to academia was motivated by a love of learning. Her research interests include digital dentistry and Artificial Intelligence in orthodontics
