DREEA is a romanian-born classical pianist turned singer-songwriter, and a winner of the John Lennon Songwriting Competition. Dreea has toured Romania and the East Coast of the United States, and has given numerous concerts as a solo artist as well as with her former band (Josh Feinberg and Kyle Kegerreis on bass, Eric Platz on drums, Andrew Stern on guitar, and Jeremy Udden on saxophones).
Her first album "Spring" is a live version of her senior conservatory recital and includes melodies that are raw, rebellious and honest.
Her second album "Autumn" showcases more refined songs that were recorded in studio (Cameron Wiley, engineer).
Dreea has chops, guts, and some crazy harmonies. Magical, sweet, intelligent, with influences of Tori Amos, Jennifer Kimball, Regina Spektor, Rachmaninoff and Keith Jarrett.
