The Bellevue office is located on the Overlake Hospital campus, in the Overlake Medical Pavillion building, across from the Overlake Medical Tower. It is located above the Starbucks located on P3. When you arrive at the Overlake Medical Pavillion, parking is available in the same building the garage. Take the elevator up to level 1. Go down the hallway and take the second elevator up to level 9. The Bellevue ENT clinic is located in suite 915.
To the Issaquah location:

The Issaquah office is located in the Issaquah highlands on exit 18 from I-90. It is in the Proliance Highlands Medical Center, situated across from the Swedish Issaquah Medical center. Once you arrive, make sure you park in the Proliance Highlands Medical Center parking lot to avoid being ticketed from Swedish parking enforcement. The ENT clinic is located on the 3rd floor, suite 310.
