Central Chidlom’s Emerald Plaza was the setting for “Central Summer Fest: Le Grand Cirque”, a combination aerial acrobatic show, mixed with circus flare including dancing elephants, and topped off with a modern fashion show. Les Farfadais Founded in 1996 by brothers Stéphane and Alexandre Haffner, this company has forged itself a remarkable reputation in the world of acrobatics, dance, visual entertainment and fascinating, fantasy-filled entertainment. Appropriately described as a “cirque visuel fantastique”, the innovative art form developed by the twelve artistes of “LES FARFADAIS” packs a hefty visual punch coupled with great surprise and spectacle and dazzles the viewer through the splendor radiated by the costumes, all of which are original designs.
This exceptional artistic presentation, based on technique, flexibility, strength and control, combined with emotion, humor, music and choreography, ensures an innovative and groundbreaking performance. The performances for Bangkok audiences were condensed presentations in combined into three acts of which were, "Mana", "La Diva Volante" and "Les Sirens d‘Oceane".
