I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at UC Berkeley studying topics in the economics of innovation, industrial organization, and economic history. My current research studies the incentive effects of competition on the creative process, the effects of performance feedback on innovation, and the scale versus scope of technology diffusion.
