This is the old edition of the site which has now been updated here.

The book is presently being reprinted (2017) with a few minor revisions (reflecting new research).
The book is being reprinted shortly. Until then the first edition is downloadable and an addenda of some revisions. The last copies of the first edition are still being posted out (together with a printed addenda) and may be collected at any of our events whilst they last. There may be an inevitable delay before the second edition becomes available from the printers.

This book is FREE as a download, as is this website.
