My artwork has evolved over the last twenty years since my mentor Steve O. Black first introduced me to figure drawing! From drawing and design to printmaking, painting, jewelry, installations, and ceramics, my artwork crosses media resulting in artwork that tells a story of my life experiences before and after academia has taken it toll on me. I hope some of my work evokes an emotion that you can connect to!

Being a teacher and professor of the arts and art history has aided me in my travels around the world. Currently I have visited 27 countries on 4 continents. I even organize group tours abroad with the help of EF Tours to offer affordable group travel and even the opportunity for college credit to be earned during the tour.
