StatusbarEx


-An extension for firefox, display useful inforamtion on the statusbar

StatusbarEx is a Firefox extension to let you monitor system information on the status bar, they are:

  • Memory status
    • Total memory / available memory on system
    • Memory firefox used
  • CPU usage of Firefox
  • Current network speed
  • Last modified time of the page you are watching

Many people find that Firefox sometimes eat too many memory. With StatusbarEx, you can take a eye always on the memory status, so when you find it uses too many, you can restart it.

You can also get the network speed immediately, it is very useful when you are downloading something in the background, so you don't need to activate the download tools to find out the download speed, just look at the status bar.
