When we have pain, naturally we reduce our activities and limit how much bending and stretching we do, in an effort to protect ourselves and prevent the pain from worsening. As time goes on, this leads to us getting stiff, weak and “out of condition”, causing extra aches and pains.
Through gradually introducing stretches and building up fitness, you will find you can do more of the day to day things you want to do, hopefully with less pain!
