There is a house where knowledge lives.

It has a front door,
a back door, and many windows.

In front of this house is a long line of people walking single file through
the front door.

They walk alike.
They talk alike.
And they learn alike.

Then there are the others.
The creative thinkers...
The different drummers.
‎"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."
— Albert Einstein

‎"Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do."
Steve Jobs
US computer engineer & industrialist (1955 - 2011)

They enter the house through the back door,
or the windows,
wherever they can.
But they get to the
same knowledge.

Many children spend years trying to get into the house.
They wait at the front door..
They struggle to open it...
Many give up.

My job is to help them find their own special way inside.
Then watch as
their eyes light up.
