Join Doko Farm for a celebration of Spring! This community event will feature local farms, crafts, delicious food, and fun for the whole family.
Farm Tours
Doko Farm will be offering guided and self-guided farm tours of our heritage breed livestock, as well as edible forest garden walks. Our livestock are raised on pasture and include St. Croix Sheep, American Guinea Hogs, Buckeye Chickens and Narragansett Turkeys. Our edible forest garden is in it's very beginning stages, with some established canopy and understory plants, and clearing underway for more to come. Join us as we start this permaculture journey Participating Farms and vendors
Doko Farm will have our farm stand open, where you can purchase our pasture-raised heritage meats, eggs, and Buckeye chicks! We have also invited some great small farms and selected vendors that we know you will love! Here is who is confirmed so far:
Community Seed Swap
Bring your extra seeds to share with your neighbors. Leave some seeds for others, and take home some new varieties to try. This is a fun way to add some diversity to your garden. Our community seed swap will be hosted by April Brown. Check out her blog, Frolicking Americana. She writes about homesteading in Columbia.
