We Support Continuing Medical Education Opportunities

Our mission is to provide educational programs that are designed to advance the knowledge and clinical skills related to the practice of clinical medicine and the changing health care environment. We provide these opportunities via formal didactic training, system wide teleconferences, operative and clinical experiences.

Supporting the future of Osteopathic Medical Education

At Doctors Hospital, we have the nation's second largest osteopathic medical education program. Additionally, we are a regional training site for the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (OU-HCOM). The state-of-the-art Simulation and Education Center at Doctors Hospital is affiliated with the OU-HCOM. It houses all existing educational components in one centralized location, establishing Doctors Hospital as one of the nation’s premiere osteopathic teaching hospitals.
