About

Bio
Nothing can be more satisfying than helping others in need. From faith and family to professional life, excellence with kind care always works for me. Having solid foundation of Business knowledge intertwined with sound technical skills set make me distinct. PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL like certifications make me a more structured thinker and doer, but my care for others make it easy to win others hearts.

After completing MSBA (Master of Science in Business Administration) in MIS (Management Information Systems) from the University of Memphis, I taught at Vatterott College as a Programming Instructor. Soon after, I joined the department of Business and Finance support services in September 2002 as a Systems Support Specialist. I have over 10 years experience in Systems Analysis and Design, Business process analysis and improvement, ERP systems implementation, data modeling, data warehouse design and implementation, systems and users security design and administration, and project management from positions held at many different organizations, including FedEx. In June 2010, I accepted the position of Director of Business & Finance Support Services at University of Memphis. Currently moved to Information Technology Services  at University of Memphis to lead Project Management efforts for IT Services.

I am currently working on my doctoral program in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Memphis. I started the journey of my doctoral program in Fall, 2014.
