How Does it Work?

Send a request for service either by chatting with an Online Repair Agent, or by sending a request for a callback. Once you speak with a repair agent, download the remote connect tool and provide the agent with the id and password that appears on your screen. Once the agent has determined that the issue can be fixed remotely, go to the checkout page, and pay for your service request. Once agent gets confirmation payment was accepted, the agent will begin working on your computer. It's that easy!
