Google is providing gmail,blogs  and groups we all just comply with Google policies and practices. The Groups,  discussion forums, and other services offered by David L. Mainwaring, Framingham, MA USA as a private individual to you pursuant following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully. My, blogs  Forums and eCommunity Services are public and therefore available for use by recruiters or employment agencies.

You may if you wish at appropriate times briefly share information about yourself and the company with which you are affiliated. Remember, these are international services, so your company or your name may not be known to all the subscribers.

Please attempt to pay some attention to your choice of wording and reply impersonally. This sort of forethought will keep the heat down when two participants have a difference of opinion, two very different understandings of what is being said, and why it is being so stated.

Google and Dave Mainwaring has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review the content on the Services and your account to determine compliance with these Terms. You understand and acknowledge that we not monitor content for accuracy or reliability. We reserve the right to remove from Google's servers, with or without notice, any of your Content that we determines, in its sole discretion, may damage our systems or create liability for us. You hereby consent to such removal and waive any claim arising therefrom. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information provided by other users of the Services, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) of that information and not us.
