Our research group has focused on the verification of the structural and electronic properties of catalysts and the elucidation of reaction mechanism through kinetic and spectroscopic methods using model compounds to allow determination of the surface functionalities needed for high activity, selectivity, and life.

Prof. Lee received a Basic Research Laboratory Grant from the National Research Foundation (BRL, 2022-2025) of Korea.

April 2022:

March 2022:

Our group will participate in the oil sand upgrading project supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport together with the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) during 2022-2025.
