Djembe Soundfont

The djembe is a drum from west Africa that has become popular all over the world. This soundfont is a comprehensive representation of this versatile and musical percussion instrument.

The soundfont provides three primary articulations, the bass, or gun (pronounced goon); the tone, or Go; and the slap, or Pa. Each articulation contains 10-12 samples for each hand, and the hands are mapped to corresponding keys on your keyboard to facilitate playing. There are also muted versions of each articulation, and an additional ringing slap. The samples are 16-bit, 44.1 kH.
