Education
1992 – 2002 Obtained the highest educational attainment of Doctor of Philosophy in Institutional Development and Management (PhD.-IDM) at Isabela State University (ISU), Echague, Isabela. I had submitted my dissertation paper entitled “Migration Pattern in Urban Centers in Cagayan Valley”. It was found out that the movement of migrant workers reached up to three movements seeking for greener pasture in their life.
1988 – 1992 Completed Master in Business Management at ISU, Echague, Isabela. I’ve worked in my thesis entitled “Impact Assessment of Golden Snail (Kuhol) Control in Isabela” which considered as destructive pest of rice in Southeast Asia.
1990 – Took up Summer Course Program on Computer Operation at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguana.
1982-1987 Graduated my Baccalaureate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and took up my cognate in Crop Science at Negros Occidental Agricultural College (NOAC) and presently known as Central Philippines State University (CPSU).
