Biography
I received my B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, P. R. China, in 2004. I obtained my M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Troy, NY, USA, in 2008 and 2010, respectively, supervised by Prof. Alhussein A. Abouzeid. In 2009 I had a 3-month internship at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (MERL), Cambridge, MA. From 2010 to 2012, I was with Juniper Networks Inc., Sunnyvale, CA. Currently I am a software engineer at Arista Networks Inc., Santa Clara, CA.
Research
My research and working experiences range from theoretical analysis to practical design and development of various protocols for wired and wireless networks. My Ph.D. Dissertation is "Information-theoretic bounds and their implications for the analysis and design of large-scale wireless networks".
