Learning Management Systems often emphasize management over learning. Is your LMS meeting your students’ needs in terms of design flexibility and the development of real-world skills? What happens if we, instead of coloring inside the lines of the LMS we consider the web for our students’ LMS? This session will examine free and open source social media and publishing tools as an alternative and supplement to proprietary management tools.
