Sugar Snap Peas With a Kick

1 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 T. light soy sauce
1 t. sesame oil (toasted)
2 t. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 t. red pepper flakes (optional)
Over medium heat in medium skillet, heat olive oil, then add in garlic. If using, add red pepper flakes.  Let cook about one minute, then add in the sugar snap peas.  Stir one more minute then add in soy sauce and sesame oil.  Cook 1-2 minutes more then pour onto platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
