Petite Caprese Salad

INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 4-6)
1 container small fresh Mozerella balls (8 oz.)
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
5-6 fresh basil leaves
2 T. balsamic vinegar
6 T. olive oil
1/4 t. salt
pinch of pepper
 
DIRECTIONS:
Slice tomatoes in half and dump into bowl with fresh mozerella balls, Roll basil leaves up together like a cigar and then thinly slice across.  Scatter over tomatoes and mozerella.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix.  Best if let marinade 20-30 minutes.
