Hard Boiled Eggs and Simple Egg Salad

(Serves 4-6)
12 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
3-4 t. mustard
2 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Put eggs in pot in single layer and cover with water completely.  Bring water to boil.  Remove pan from heat and cover.  Let sit for 12 minutes.  Remove lid and fill pot with cold water and ice.  Once cool (10 minutes), peel the eggs and chop semi-finely.  In separate bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.  Dump chopped eggs on top and mix gently. Serve on soft bread!
