Gyoza or Potstickers

Wonton Skins
1 lb. ground pork 
4 cups finely chopped cabbage 
4 green onions, chopped 
2 t. fresh ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced 
2 T. sesame oil 
1 t. salt

Directions:  Sautee all together in pan until cabbage is soft. Spoon into wonton skins. Pinch up edges. Fry one side in Canola oil on one side. Add a cup of water and cover and steam for 8 minutes. 

1/3 cup soy 
2 T. black or dark soy sauce 
Drizzle sesame oil 
Sprinkle of chopped green onions 
Optional – chili flakes or oil

Stir all together and serve in small bowl or bowls for dipping.
